Zoom Microscopes

The DZ21RV-IRT is a system that enables the observation of the inner conditions of a specimen covered with compound materials by incorporating infrared-applicable lenses into the conventional type zoom microscope.  This instrument is most suitable for observing the inner conditions of silicon substrates.

With the DZ2N microscope you can observe more than conventional zoom microscopes, as it has the added function of differential interference contrast observation (Nomarski differential interference contrast observation) to a high magnification microscope.

The DZ2N clears shows, in lively interference colors and high contrast, very delicate ups and downs on a specimen, which cannot be identified through ordinary microscopes.  Moreover, the boundaries of an image are emphasized with a relief effect, thus providing 3-dimensional views.  Also, since this is a zoom microscope, observations can be made at optional magnifications that can be changed continuously.  The Nomarski prism may be removed from the optical path, making brightfield and darkfield observations also possible.

The DZ2 is a zoom microscope which has high magnification and high resolution.  This microscope offers the optical system having a 1:10 zoom ratio and 2 different types of objective lenses (1.5x to 15x, and 5x to 50x).

Specifications:

The DZ101 is a zoom microscope that has been made compact and light weight by incorporating a wide-field zoom lens.  The optical system has a 1:6 zoom ratio, making it possible to select two different types of magnification by simply moving the zoom section without using an auxiliary lens.  Because of its long working distance, this microscope is most suitable for inspection of semiconductors and liquid crystal boards, factory automation, and image processing.
