ML2000 SERIES BIOLOGICAL MICROSCOPES

ML2000 Series biological
microscopes offer high quality and dependability with Koehler 30W Halogen
illumination. They are available with brightfield and phase contrast optics and
either binocular or trinocular body for full photographic and
video applications.
All ML2000 Series microscopes are supplied with styrofoam
case, dust cover, and instruction manual.
Encompasses 16
standard configurations as listed below. |
| Viewing Head Available
with standard binocular heads or trinocular heads for photomicrography, 30° inclined
eyetubes, and rotatable through 360° for comfortable viewing. |

Eyepieces Paired DIN
KVW10X Compensating super wide 20mm field of view eyepieces. |

| Objective Changer & Objectives Smooth-operating, revolving quadruple ball-bearing nosepiece.
Six types of objectives are available: S Flat Achromats, SM Planachromats, Planachromats,
SM Planachromat Phase, Achromat Phase,
and Semi-plan Achromat Phase. |

Illuminator A
built-in Koehler illuminator with field iris covers all aperture and field filling
requirements from 4X to 100X objectives. A 6V 30W halogen lamp with a variable
intensity control is provided as standard equipment. |

| Stages Two types of
stages are available: The attached stage is a 120mm x 140mm rectangular mechanical stage
with movements of 75mm (X) and 40mm (Y) and is graduated with vernier readings to 0.1mm,
equipped with precision ball-bearing guides and low-positioned drop-down coaxial controls
for X-Y movement.
The flat-top stage is a 171mm x 140mm rectangular stage
with movements of 80mm (X) and 52mm (Y) and is graduated with vernier readings to 0.1mm.
Also equipped with precision ball-bearing guides and low-positioned drop-down
coaxial controls for X-Y movement and a detachable specimen guide.

Condenser An
Achromatic, N.A. 1.25 substage condenser with iris diaphragm and filter tray is offered as
standard equipment.

control mechanical stage is optional. Please indicate the letter "L" after
the model number when ordering the ML2000 series microscope with left-hand control

are available for the ML2000 Series:
Slider Type
Phase Microscopy (for Models ML2800, ML2900,
ML2850 & ML2950).
Unit comprising: Achromatic substage condenser 1.25 NA with phase annuli (10X, 40X,
100X) in sliding mount with iris diaphragm. DIN Phase 10X/0.25, S40X/0.65,
S100X/1.25 (oil immersion) SM plan objectives.
Zernike Type
Phase Microscopy (for Models ML2855,
ML2955, ML2870, & ML2970).
Unit comprising: Zernike type 1.10 NA Phase condenser in turret mount, indivisual
centerable phase annuli for 10X, 20X, 40X & 100X, with brightfield position and with
iris and filter tray for 32mm diameter filter. DIN Phase 10X/0.25, S20X/0.40,
S40X/0.65, & S100X/1.25 Achromat objectives. Centering telescope to check phase
annulus. Green clear filter, 32mm diameter.
Darkfield
Condenser. Cardiod type, for high power use (NA 1.25) in a a
centering mount
(to be used with 100X objective only).
